Process time for most items available online take up to 3 business days, as all items are cut to order.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post with a flat rate calculated at checkout. Standard and Express delivery options are available. These timeframes do not include production time.

All Australian orders:
-Standard postage can take up to 8+ business days from shipping.
-Express postage can take up to 6-7 business days from shipping
International orders:
-Standard postage can take up to 30+ business days from shipping.
-Express postage can take up to 20+ business days from shipping.
You may be responsible for import duty and taxes in your country this is not included in our shipping fee.

FAULTY ITEM
If your item arrives damaged during transit please contact us via email asap with proof. We can help to point you in the right direction for a claim through the postal service used to send your items.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Sign&Co. accepts no responsibility for any typographical errors, on any artwork approved by the client. The client should ensure that they have thoroughly reviewed the design and/or any wording provided. Refunds are not available once an approved artwork has began production.
